Duties and responsibilities for this position:
Practice planning and game management
Manage soccer equipment necessary for practices and games
Maintain communication with parents and athletes
Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes
Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community
Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer
