Duties of the High School Girls Soccer Varsity Assistant Coach:
Assist with planning and organization Varsity practices
Assist with lining of field and pre-game setup
Assist during all varsity games, home and away
Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes
Coordinate and direct team managers with pre and post game responsibilities
Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community
Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
