This role involves developing new business opportunities within the sports industry by building partnerships and generating revenue through sponsorships and collaborations.
Additionally, the Lacrosse Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling high-potential student-athletes (grades 5 through Post-Graduate) into a specialized sports academy.
Key duties include talent evaluation, attending recruiting events, managing relationships with families and coaches, guiding applicants through admissions, and executing recruitment strategies aligned with enrollment goals.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lacrosse recruiting or coaching experience, a strong network within the lacrosse community, excellent communication skills, and a passion for athlete development. Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with college recruitment pathways are preferred.
