Accelerated Radiology Tech-to-CT Tech Training Program
Our Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program is a 10-week training program sponsored entirely by HCA. Through this program, selected candidates with current Radiology Tech credentials will learn all the needed skills to advance to a certified CT Tech role through online didactic instruction as well as clinical experiences at the facility in which they are employed. This HCA-sponsored program includes all testing fees, course, and training materials. Current ARRT credential and licensure as a Radiology Technologist in Florida are required for selection into the training program.
Qualifications
Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school or Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology Valid ARRT R certification Clear active Florida Department of Health licensure CRT Current Basic Life Support BLS certification Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs. Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist
