The Opportunity

As an Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern, you will engage with clients directly, supporting them through complex business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today''s dynamic market. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC''s methodologies, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects that contribute to the team''s success. You will have the chance to observe professional work environments and start developing your personal brand.

In this role at PwC, you will be involved in post-merger integration and value realization, helping businesses capture synergies and optimize operations. You will be encouraged to ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of assignments that present varying challenges and scope. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients make informed decisions and maximize value through strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Participating in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations
• Assisting in the development of strategic advice and due diligence processes to aid clients in making informed decisions
• Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization
• Conducting research and gathering information to support client engagements and project goals
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC''s practices and methodologies
• Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during client engagements
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor''s degree
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics
• Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
• Preferred major GPA: 3.3
• Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
• Participating in post-merger integration and value realization projects
• Supporting teams in delivering strategic advice and due diligence
• Engaging in business process improvement and operational optimization

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
