$20-30-Flag

The Lube Technician, will be responsible for performing quick service and routine maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs for customer vehicles.
Conduct tire inspections, including patching tires and checking air pressure.
Inspect and replace air and cabin filters as needed.
Ensure vehicle fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, etc.) are at proper levels.
Perform quick inspections of belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to dealership and industry standards.
Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
1+ years of experience as a technician's helper, apprentice technician, or lube technician in an automotive dealership or service shop.
Basic understanding of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Experience using automotive tools and equipment, such as wrenches, oil filter wrenches, and socket sets to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
Must have own set of tools (basic hand tools, wrenches, sockets)
Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians, service advisors, and customers, along with strong communication skills to explain maintenance needs and recommendations clearly.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.
Schedule:
FULL TIME
5 days a week / 2 days off
