Our mission starts with you

At Vanguard, we are committed to doing what’s best for our investors. That means creating value for our clients from the inside out. In our Acceleration into Financial Professional Program, you’ll join the next generation of finance professionals at Vanguard to help strengthen our company’s future. Take a deep dive into the roles of corporate finance at a company that’s changing the way people invest-and make it count!

In this full-time rotational program, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in three 8-month assignments across key corporate finance functions at one of the world’s leading investment management companies, with potential rotations in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Fund Analysis & Operations, and Finance Technology.
  • Meet regularly with your department rotation manager, AFP Program Manager, and others to receive personalized coaching, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and development experiences designed to build your technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and soft skills—then apply these skills to deliver meaningful, strategic insights throughout your rotations.
  • Cultivate relationships within a fast-growing network of dedicated professionals who are committed to doing what’s right for investors.
  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to departmental projects or strategic initiatives across finance functions, gaining exposure to real business impact.

Make decisions with impact

Are you a creative and analytical problem solver with the agility to take on challenges in real time? If so, we invite you to help us stand for investors everywhere.

At Vanguard, our corporate finance functions are critical to our success. We invest in our people and our capabilities to deliver care and extraordinary experiences to our clients. With a broad view of our enterprise, you’ll grow into a leader within an organization that serves over twenty million clients worldwide.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a full-time role within the Finance division—such as a financial analyst, internal auditor, operations specialist, etc.—where you can continue building your impact and advancing your career.
