THE WORK:

• You'll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout.
• You'll define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines.
• You'll identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives.
• You'll track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses.
• You'll identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies.
• You'll perform "what-if" analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions.
• You'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectively.
• You'll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• You'll optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• You'll document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvement.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
