Youve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didnt get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, thats the job. Youll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - smarter, safer and more sustainably.
Youll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you wont be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because "good enough" builds the past. Youre here to build whats next.

THE WORK:
- Youll act as the client's owner's representative, embedded alongside and managing the SaaS vendor (Octave) through the design and build stage - detailed discovery, configuration design, integration configuration and build, test, and data migration for the pilot projects.
- Youll manage the vendor relationship end to end - governing scope, schedule, quality, commercial terms, and product roadmap dependencies, and holding the vendor to the statement of work as a demanding but constructive client.
- Youll review, challenge, and sign off on the vendor's configuration design and solution architecture to ensure fit with the client's established capital projects controls practices, standards, and program objectives.
- Youll oversee integration design and build across scheduling (e.g., Primavera P6), finance/ERP (e.g., SAP), and reporting/analytics data feeds (e.g., a data warehouse via API), ensuring cost and schedule data integrate cleanly and consistently across systems.
- Youll hold the vendor to scope, schedule, quality, and acceptance criteria against the statement of work; track, document, and drive issues, risks, and change requests through to resolution, escalating where required.
- Youll govern the data migration approach and validate migrated data for the pilot projects prior to stage-gate acceptance.
- Youll assure the vendor's test strategy, execution, and results; confirm defined acceptance criteria are met before progressing each stage gate.
- Youll coordinate stakeholder engagement across scheduling, finance, IT and enterprise architecture, and controls leadership, keeping delivery aligned to program priorities.
- Youll develop the implementation and rollout approach for scaling the solution beyond the pilot, including a wave-based rollout structure, sequencing, resourcing, and governance model.
- Youll provide hands-on technical project management across parallel workstreams - planning, sequencing, dependency and interface management, and risk-based delivery control - in a complex, multi-project operating environment.
- Youll lead the client-side implementation team through rollout, managing the transition from vendor-led delivery to owner-led implementation and embedding in-house delivery capability.
- Youll establish and enforce data and controls standards to ensure consistency across projects and systems as the platform scales.
- Youll formulate program controls processes to monitor scope, cost, schedule, contract, risk, quality, and performance across the rolled-out portfolio.
- Youll lead organizational change management (OCM) across a complex operating environment - stakeholder and impact analysis, process redesign, training, communications, and adoption tracking - to embed new ways of working and realize the intended benefits.
- Youll prepare and present progress, risk, and stage-gate reports to program and executive leadership, supporting recommendations and decisions on delivery.
- Youll identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and contingency strategies across both the vendor-led and owner-led phases.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
