Job Description
Hiring Trainees CDL-A for refrigerated OTR routes.
Pay & Miles
- $1,200–$1,400+ average weekly pay
- OTR: 2,600–2,800 miles/week
- All loaded and empty dispatched miles paid
- $0.04 CPM performance bonus
Typically the training is 4 weeks for trainees.Position Details
- 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
- Approximately 50% drop & hook
- OTR: Out approximately 3–4 weeks
- Regional: Out approximately 10–14 days
- Assigned Kenworth T680 – no slip seating
- Rider and pet programs available
- 24/7 dispatch
Requirements
- Local experience does not count
- Recent CDL graduates may qualify with completion of an approved 120-hour driving school within the past 6 months
- Must meet company driving, employment, safety, and background requirements
- TWIC required; company can assist with obtaining it
