Respond to service and emergency support calls as needed, which may include after-hours or on-call coverage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems integration, with demonstrated strength in access control, CCTV, structured cabling, and/or IT networking.
Strong working knowledge of low-voltage electrical and cabling principles (power-limited circuits, cable types, termination standards).
Hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting access control panels and/or CCTV/NVR systems.
Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, switches, basic router/firewall concepts).
Ability to read and work from system riser diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently on complex service and installation issues.
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Manufacturer certifications in access control and/or CCTV platforms (Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, Hikvision, or similar).
BICSI Installer/Technician certification.
