As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who want to grow with us.What You'll Do As an Access Control Installer, you'll work hands-on in the field installing and supporting physical security systems in commercial environments.Key Responsibilities:Install and service access control hardware including door strikes, mag locks, crash bars, sensors, and card readersPull, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5/Cat6; fiber experience a plus)Assist with access control, CCTV, and security system installationsTroubleshoot wiring, hardware, and basic system issuesWork on job sites such as schools, government buildings, and commercial facilitiesCollaborate with project teams and report to different job sites as neededPerform physical installation work including ladder use, drilling, lifting, and overhead workWhat We're Looking For We're less focused on checking every box and more focused on finding the right person —someone dependable, coachable, and motivated to build skills.Required Qualifications:Interested in access control, low voltage, or security installation (Prior experience level will determine pay)Strong job tenure and a history of reliabilityAbility to perform physical installation work in commercial environmentsWillingness to learn new systems and improve technical skillsPositive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethicPreferred Experience (Not Required):Access control platforms such as Lenel, S2, Genetec, or similarDoor hardware and electrified locking systemsExperience with manufacturers like Allegion or ASSA ABLOYCommercial low voltage or electrical apprentice experienceCCTV or VMS installation experiencePay & Schedule Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on relevant experienceSchedule: Typically four 10-hour daysOccasional Friday work may be required, but it is rareWhy Join Our Team?
