ACCESS CONTROL LEAD
LOCATION: MALAGA
SHIFT: NIGHT (9:00PM-5:30AM)

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Access Control Lead responsible to assist security and safety management teams in overseeing the scale house, security patrol, access control operations and EHS inspections. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
Must be willing to train in safety (GMP’s) General Manufacturing Practices and other job duties.
Must have good understanding of company policies and plant operations.
Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
Must be professional, responsible, dependable, and have excellent attendance.
Must be detailed oriented.
May be required to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $18.25 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
