    RIGHTECH is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Security Technician in Goodyear, AZ starting ASAP.

    Duration: Contract to Hire
    Start Date: ASAP
    Job Description:

    We are seeking experienced Security Technicians for a long-term project in a Data Center environment. Technicians will be responsible for the installation, wiring, and termination of access control and video surveillance systems. Candidates should have experience installing devices such as card readers, cameras and related low voltage security equipment. Experience with maglocks and door strikes is a strong plus.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Installing and wiring access control systems and CCTV cameras
    • Mounting and terminating low voltage devices
    • Running and dressing cable in a Data Center environment
    • Assisting with testing and troubleshooting of systems
    • Following site safety procedures and project standards
    • Working closely with project managers and lead technicians to complete installations on schedule

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in low voltage/security installation
    • Experience with access control systems and CCTV installation
    • Familiarity with card readers, maglocks, and door strikes preferred
    • Ability to read basic prints and follow installation layouts
    • Comfortable working in active Data Center environments
    • Reliable transportation and ability to work early start times

    Schedule:

    • 5:00 AM start time
    • Typically working four 10-hour shifts
    • Some weeks may require five 8-hour shifts depending on project needs

    Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced construction and Data Center environments.
