As an Access and Escort Specialist II, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security of sensitive facilities by escorting and monitoring non-cleared personnel, supporting access control operations, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols. This position requires individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safeguarding personnel, facilities, and information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform AES I duties while providing limited supervision and guidance to AES I personnel.
- Support surveillance operations and assist higher-level specialists as needed.
- Collect and securely process information for visitor and contractor background checks.
- Conduct prolonged standing and walking in support of operational requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
You'll Bring these Qualifications:
- One (1) –three (3) years of experience working in a physical or personnel security function; may be supplemented for a bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
- Ability to work a consistent full-time or part-time schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Active TS Clearance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Facility management certification preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
