Access Guard

LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) graduated 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); and Program Management. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines.

We are seeking Access Guards for our government customer in Quantico, VA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in Access Control, and detailed knowledge of various access control systems. To include, ensuring the integrity and security of data, networks, and access points are secure within organization.

Hours

Monday-Friday 0600-1800

Requirements:

• Experience with access control technologies (key systems, biometrics, network access.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of people. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow complex procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and move equipment for extended periods. May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. 
• Must have fully adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
