Job Title: Packer Production / Warehouse

Overview:
We are hiring a Packer to support our clients production and shipping operations. This role ensures products are packed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and stack products on pallets according to company standards.
• Ensure proper pallet prep: cleats installed, correct stacking, labels facing outward, and weight distributed safely.
• Maintain assembly line and shipping efficiency by keeping a consistent pace.
• Inspect strapping, pallets, and products for quality and accuracy.
• Prep production materials according to the sequence screen.
• Correct improperly packed items and report issues to team leads.
• Accurately place cabinet labels and ensure correct alignment.
• Comply with company policies on attendance, safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking products.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a predictable schedule.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors.
