What’s the Job? • Responsible for various types of weld preparation • Welding and weld finishing operation to manufacture to customer drawings • Manual MIG welding of frames, fixtures, beams and other miscellaneous metal/steel parts • Conduct Welding equipment maintenance
What’s Needed? • Demonstrate proficiency in assigned welding techniques • Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters • Proficiency using conventional and precision measuring instruments • Knowledge of safety work habits within industrial /manufacturing environment
