Position: Accessory Installer
Location: Flint
Shift: M-TH 5:00am-3:30pm, weekend OT may be required
Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble equipment accurately.
- Gather necessary materials, build equipment, and conduct performance testing to meet production standards.
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other equipment such as grinders, cutting torches, and overhead cranes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following PPE and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete progressive assembly line tasks on time.
- Perform final inspections and prepare units for delivery to the product audit stage.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical background.
- Experience in the automotive industry and assembly environments
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to provide own tools
- Ability to lift/move up to 75lbs.
