Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on the full range of Toyota accessories. You will be the go-to person for customers looking to add that extra touch to their vehicle.
- Sales and Promotion: Drive accessory sales through excellent product knowledge and outstanding customer service. You'll need to stay updated on the latest Toyota accessories and trends in automotive customization.
- Order Management: Process accessory orders from start to finish. From explanation of products available to ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service departments to identify opportunities for accessory sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
