The Customer Support Specialist supports our Shared Services Insurance Accounting Center. This role helps ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day training operations by providing administrative support, coordinating activities, and maintaining alignment across the team.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of documents, communications, and account updates.
- Use internal systems to track tasks and support coordination across accounting teams.
- Provide flexible support across training initiatives and special projects.
- Monitor and help manage training-related requests, escalating issues as appropriate to support a positive learner experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting administrative, training, or service-related functions.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately across multiple systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
- Collaborative and dependable, with a proactive approach to supporting team and business needs.
