Account & Cash Operations Coordinator
Location: Southern New Hampshire
Type: Permanent 
Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 

  • NH residents: Hybrid schedule

  • MA residents: Onsite, 5 days per week

A growing trust company in Southern NH is seeking an Account & Cash Operations Coordinator to support trust operations and cash processing. The role requires 3+ years of experience in a trust company or bank trust operations environment. Candidates may come from a law firm, banking trust operations, or a family office with direct trust operations experience.

Job Summary

  • Oversee trust system account maintenance, cash receipt, and disbursement processing using SEI trust systems.

  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with governing documents and internal controls.

  • Complete account openings and closures, using prescribed checklists and obtaining appropriate sign-offs.

  • Monitor the trust system for overdrawn accounts and other cash-related exceptions.

  • Participate in professional development, training, and trust system enhancements.

  • Adhere to OFAC, KYC, AML, and CFT requirements.

  • Support operational excellence and collaborate across departments to improve workflows, controls, and system utilization.

  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external clients; strong attention to detail is essential.

Position Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in trust operations, cash processing, or account administration.

  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and experience with trust accounting systems and custodial platforms.
