This role sits at the center of account and cash operations, touching every client account in the firm. Responsibilities

  • Process cash receipts and disbursements accurately within trust system guidelines
  • Handle account openings and closures end-to-end, including checklists and required signoffs
  • Monitor trust system for overdrawn accounts and cash exceptions, resolving open items promptly
  • Ensure transactions align with governing documents and internal controls
  • Adhere to OFAC, KYC, AML, and CFT regulatory requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify workflow and system improvements
  • Support ongoing trust system enhancements and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in trust operations, cash processing, or account administration
  • Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Solid communication skills and experience with trust accounting systems and custodial platforms

  • Base salary: $65,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
