ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry. After seeing the success of several friends who became agents, I became interested in the insurance business and was drawn to the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most.

I attended Morehouse College and have a passion for both golf and music. In fact, I’ve been a DJ for over 25 years, and music has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy bringing that same energy, creativity, and connection with people into the agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marquez Harris - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
