Account Sales Specialist

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Sales Specialist for Dean Berube Insurance Agency, Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.  My team has proven time and time again that you do not have to have a college degree to make a real living.  The most important personality trait to be successful is WILL!  A person with will is driven to achieve a greater skill.  The skill for success can definitely be taught.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and assist with basic updates.
• Create customized proposals for our future and current customers.
• Focus on Auto, Fire, and Life sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Will
• Bilingual is a huge bonus, but not necessary.
• Will have or can obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty license as well as a General lines Life & Health incense.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred, but not necessary..
