The Michael Dougherty State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team in a Hybrid Service & Sales Representative role!


If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping people protect what matters most, we’d love to hear from you.


What you’ll do:
Review clients’ insurance policies to identify gaps in coverage
Assist customers with policy questions and provide outstanding service
Quote new policies and cross-sell products to help customers protect what matters most
Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized insurance solutions


What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated to learn and grow in a rewarding career
• Currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, or able to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire


Whether you already have insurance experience or are eager to start a career in the insurance industry, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
