Job Summary:
As an Account Associate, you will be an essential part of our agency team, helping clients understand and choose the insurance products that fit their needs. You will build lasting relationships with clients, provide top-notch service, and support their long-term financial well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and address client needs through personalized insurance product recommendations (e.g., auto, home, life, and business).
• Maintain and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with policy changes, claims, and coverage questions.
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a positive and seamless client experience.
• Support client retention through timely follow-ups, consistent communication, and understanding of client goals.
• Educate clients on insurance products, options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on State Farm products and industry trends to ensure accurate and effective assistance.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving personal and team objectives.
• Proficient in computer applications and ability to quickly learn agency software.
