ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years, and before that I spent time in a corporate leadership role with State Farm — experience that shaped how I lead and support others today. What truly sets our agency apart is how customer-focused we are. We take pride in doing what’s right for people, providing excellent service, and building real relationships in the community.
Our team is small but mighty, with three full-time team members who work together in a friendly, supportive environment. I’m also very invested in helping my team succeed, not just professionally, but personally too — because when people feel supported, they do their best work.
Outside of the office, I’m a proud University of Akron graduate with a B.S. in Business, and I’ve earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through The American College. I spend my time outside of work with my family, training for cycling races, and staying involved through my church and a local Annapolis-area Christian school.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Brown - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart.
