ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacquelyn Jacobson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Offer and sell new products to customers based off needs-based conversation.
• Set appointments, market, and follow up with leads. 
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• NY Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• NY Life, Accident & Health license (must be able to obtain).
