ROLE DESCRIPTION:
My name is Scott Curry and I have been a State Farm Agent/Owner for over 8 years. My true passion is to help my team grow their professional careers, provide them with an opportunity to increase their income, and enrich the lives around them. My team has been consistently ranked as one of the top State Farm agencies in the country.


I’m seeking hard-working and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fun & competitive environment. This is an opportunity to join a top 100 nationally ranked office and mentorship program. An Account Associate / Sales Representative with my team will learn auto/home/life insurance products, how to sell them.

Responsibilities:

• Find Prospects
• Quote Prospects
• Close Prospects 
• 85% of this position will focus on sales
• 15% on customer service and account management 
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Generate new insurance business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, referrals, and hot prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
