ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carlos Luevano - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (required)

COMPENSATION:
All positions within the office have a base pay of $40,000 annually. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year.
