ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a sales focused role. In this role, you would be provided extensive training and leads to help you succeed. Previous experience is not a requirement but is helpful. You would earn an hourly wage plus commission. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
