Insurance licenses in property & casualty, required for consideration, life and health licenses strongly preferred. Preference given for technical aptitude. Compensation commensurate with experience. Completion of a skill assessment is required for applicants before initial interview.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
- Support team members in their sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess excellent communication skills & capacity to multitask.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Property/Casualty Insurance Licenses required.
- Life/Health Insurance Licenses strongly preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
