ABOUT OUR AGENCY:With nearly four decades in the industry and 18 years as a State Farm agent, I lead a team of five full-time and two part-time professionals who are passionate about serving our clients and community. We believe in celebrating wins big and small — whether that’s through frequent sales promotions, team lunches, or simply enjoying time together as a group.
I’m a proud graduate of York College and actively involved in my community, serving on my church council and volunteering monthly at our local food pantry. We also offer a Simple IRA with employer match to support our team’s long-term financial well-being.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate- State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Peiffer- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
