ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
