ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent, I spent four years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a strong appreciation for the role a great team plays in an agency’s success.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two and a graduate of Western New Mexico University. I’m also a big animal lover and enjoy spending time with my fur babies. My daughter attends Texas Tech University, and my son is a Tarleton State University graduate.
Being part of our community is very important to me. Our agency regularly participates in local events, and I’m also actively involved with my church. Building relationships and supporting the people around us are values that carry into how we serve our customers and work together as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Esmeralda Gutierrez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
