ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1996 and is a close-knit team of three with a strong foundation built over many years. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, which provided valuable experience and helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.

I’m a graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and a proud spouse, parent of three adult children, and grandparent. I enjoy staying active, especially through sports and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Prevatt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
