ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Evan Brown - State Farm Agent, you’re at the heart of our day-to-day team—and a big part of our customers’ success. You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships, help connect customer needs with the right departments, and proactively share the right products and services to make life easier for the people we serve.


If you’re the kind of person who enjoys talking with others, staying organized, and finding friendly ways to support customers, we’d love to have you on our team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and keep information updated in our database
• Help customers with policy changes and answer questions (with patience and a smile)
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers to keep them informed on status
• Work with underwriters to help ensure policies are issued quickly and correctly

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Life and Health Insurance License
