Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member
Our agency is looking for a driven, competitive, and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance.

- Connect with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls
- Prior insurance sales experience is helpful, not required
- P&C, life, health licenses required
- Licensing reimbursement available after successful completion
