Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member
Our agency is looking for a driven, competitive, and customer-focused sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance. You may be a great fit if you:

Responsibilities:
Connect with prospects by phone, text, email, and in person
Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products
Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
Provide excellent customer service
Help meet agency sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Must be comfortable making outbound calls
Prior insurance sales experience is helpful, not required
P&C, life, health licenses required
Licensing reimbursement available after successful completion
