ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account associate for Trevor Pinkston State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Quote and acquire new business, primarily by working leads paid for by the agency.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A drive to win and outperform your peers
- This position is entry level, no prior experience is required.
LICENSING:- Only after initial job offer and acceptance is insurance licensing is required
- $1k sign on bonus once licensing is completed
- Property, Casualty, Life, and Health are the insurance lines licensing will be required for
COMPENSATION- This position pays a flat hourly base
- Any commission earned is in addition to bonuses and your base pay
