ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Business Management, a proud mom of two daughters, and enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and spoiling my two dogs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Lindsay Adam - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
