Position Overview: Are you a people-first sales professional who thrives on meaningful conversations and genuinely enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our State Farm agency, someone who brings both strong sales experience and a human touch to every interaction.
Responsibilities: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Manage and maintain client accounts in CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager and or Director of Operations

Requirements:- Proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred, but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
