ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been proudly part of State Farm since 2007, building a career centered on service, community, and leadership. I earned my BSIE from University of Michigan and my MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
Giving back is an important part of who I am. I’ve served as Past President of the North Fulton Rotary Club, volunteer with Special Olympics, and am an active member of my local church. I also coach youth hockey, baseball, football, and soccer, which has given me a deep appreciation for teamwork and mentorship.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cliff Wilcox - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
