ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master’s degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow.
Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We’re very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year. We also participate in local marketing and community events, giving our team opportunities to build relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
