Assist the Sales Representatives with customer management.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially over the phone
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
