ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at a surplus lines insurance brokerage, where I built a strong foundation in the insurance industry. As I began reaching the peak of my growth there, I knew I was ready for the next challenge. My dad is also a State Farm agent, so agency ownership was something I had been exposed to for years and always knew I wanted to pursue.
I’m a graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane and am married. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing, traveling, spending time at the lake, and getting together with family and friends - and, of course, spending time with our dog.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an
Account Associate for Jared Christy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
