ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. I began my State Farm career in 2011 as a team member before earning the opportunity to become an agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Houston–Downtown, married with three daughters, and enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with my family.

You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
