The Sales Team Member is responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers by identifying their insurance needs and providing personalized coverage solutions. This role focuses on generating new business, cross-selling multiple lines of insurance, and delivering exceptional customer service while representing the State Farm brand with professionalism and integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business through referrals, inbound leads, outbound calls, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
Present and explain insurance products in a clear, professional manner.
Quote, bind, and issue new policies while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed monthly production goals and agency sales objectives.

Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance License (required or ability to obtain).
Life & Health Insurance License (required or ability to obtain).
Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
