I opened my agency in 2025 after spending the previous 5 years as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful office from the ground up. I’m a graduate of the University of Toledo and was born and raised in Toledo, which makes supporting local businesses and the surrounding community especially important to me. Our team currently includes four members, and our office culture is built on trust, accountability, and doing the right thing — always.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Caramon Current - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
